Quoted in one business day. Made to the print.
Drawing in by 15:00 ET, a priced quote and a ship date the next business day, on parts you can reject against the drawing.
One floor in Hauppauge. Two shifts. Sixteen machines.
Stock is checked against the purchase order at the dock and cut on the same shift. The people who form and measure your part read the revision you sent, from one traveler.
How the shop runs

From flat sheet to a finished, bagged part.
Laser cutting
Two fiber lasers, nested by software, deburred before the parts leave the cell.
Press brake forming
Three brakes, programmed offline, first part measured before the lot.
CNC machining
Three mills and a lathe, for machined parts and second operations on formed ones.
Welding
Fixture-held TIG, MIG and spot welding, checked flat on the plate.
Finishing
Powder coat in house; zinc, anodize, passivation and electropolish on our PO.
Hardware and assembly
Hardware pressed after forming and before finish, then kitted to your bill of materials.

Material, thickness, finish and holes. Every change follows the same shop tables the estimator uses on the final quote, and the formula prints under the panel.

Price breaks at 1, 10, 50 and 250, and a lead time on every part. Hover a photographed part to see the metal behind the print.

If the print rejects it, so do we.
The first piece off every setup is measured before the lot runs. Material is traced to the heat before it is cut. Any dimension with a tolerance on your drawing is a reason to send a part back.
Out of tolerance? We remake it at our cost, pay the freight both ways, and send the root cause within two business days.
How we inspectTwo of four jobs, with the numbers left in.

Flat to 0.030 in over 24 in, after welding.
Weld heat bowed the shelves up to 0.090 in. They rocked on the cart frame, and straightening by hand scuffed the finish before passivation.

From 304 to 316 after one season.
The brackets were 304. After one season on boats moored on the South Shore they showed brown tea-staining at the welds and the bend lines.
