WHAT WE HOLD

Tolerances, without a callout.

Tighter is possible by quote. Put it on the print and the estimator prices the inspection it needs.

MATERIAL AND THICKNESS

What runs on this line.

Outside these bars is a conversation, not a no. Call the quote desk with the grade and the thickness.

HOW A JOB RUNS HERE

Finishing, step by step.

  1. 01Mask

Threads, ground points and any face marked on the print are masked before the booth.

  2. 02Coat or ship out

Powder runs here. Plating and anodize go to a partner the same day the parts are ready.

  3. 03Record

Film thickness, cure time and temperature go on the coating record with the batch number.

DESIGN RULES THAT SAVE MONEY

Three changes that lower the price.

01Mark masked faces on the print

Hatch them, or list them in a note

We mask once, before the booth, instead of stripping after.

02Same finish, same batch

Order matching panels together

One batch means one color and one setup charge.

03Add partner days early

+1 zinc, +3 anodize, +2 passivate, +4 electropolish

The ship date already counts them; a late finish change moves it.

WHAT TO SEND

A finishing package we can price in a day.

  • The finish spec in full: color and gloss, or the anodize type and color.
  • Which faces, holes and threads stay bare.
  • Ground points for electrical parts.
  • Whether you need the partner cert in the box.

Parts made on this line.

Industries that run on it.

QUOTE DESK / MON TO FRI 07:00 TO 18:00 ET
