A two-piece formed enclosure: a five-sided chassis with four self-clinching 10-32 nuts and a flanged cover. Stocked in 5052 for weight and 304 for wash-down.

  1. 01

    Bend reliefs 0.063 wide, 0.126 deep at all four corners. No tearing, no hand finishing.

  2. 02

    Nuts are pressed after forming, before finish. Powder is masked out of the threads.

  3. 03

    The cover flange is 0.500 in, 8 × t. Shorter flanges slip off the die at this thickness.
