    Inside bend radius equals the material thickness; a tighter radius goes on the print and we check it against our tooling.

  2. 02

    Holes sit at least 2.5 thicknesses plus the radius from the bend, so they stay round.

  3. 03

    At 0.250 in the short leg needs 1.00 in or more to sit on the die.
