Where we build
Eight houses and four lots in six towns, from Oyster Bay to Bridgehampton. The pins sit on the town, not the house: our clients' addresses stay theirs.

Oyster Bay to Lloyd Harbor.
Oyster Bay
Gabled houses from the 1920s on lots that run down to the harbor. Renovations here go through the village, street by street.
Cold Spring Harbor
Our own village. The studio is on Rakeboard Lane, at the head of the harbor; capes and colonials on the hill above it.
Lloyd Harbor
Steep wooded lots above the Sound, and a village planning board that reads every set.
Southold, Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton.
Southold
Flat farmland, vineyards and tidal creeks. The town trustees review anything near the water.
Sag Harbor
A whaling village with a historic district. The review sees what the street sees.
Bridgehampton
Former potato fields between the highway and the ocean. Groundwater is close, and some lots sit in a flood zone.
Your town is not on the map?
We work from Glen Cove to Southold and in the South Fork villages, so a superintendent can be on site every day. Outside that, we will tell you who we would call.
