1. Who we are
Gableworth Design-Build designs and builds houses from a studio at 18 Rakeboard Lane, Cold Spring Harbor, NY 11724. Questions about this policy go to studio@gableworth.example or (631) 555-0147.
2. What we collect
What you type into the planner, the site-visit booking, the contact form and the Site notes signup: your name, email, phone if you give it, the town or lot you are asking about, your answers about size, finish, timing and budget, and any survey you attach. For clients under contract, the client portal also holds the project records: selections, change orders, draws, documents and the photo log.
3. How we use it
To answer you, to put a site visit on the calendar and remind you of it, to prepare for that visit, and, if you go ahead, to design, price and build your house. If you subscribe to Site notes, we send four letters a year and nothing else. We do not use your answers to advertise to you anywhere.
4. Who sees it
The people working on your project: the drawing room, the estimator, your superintendent, and, for a client, the surveyor, engineer and subcontractors on the job, each with only what they need. Permit filings go to the town or village, and those become public records. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiries and visit bookings that do not become projects: two years, then deleted. Client project records: for the length of the warranty and seven years after, because the next owner, the town or an insurer may need the drawings and the change orders.
6. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to studio@gableworth.example. Every Site notes letter has an unsubscribe link. The planner keeps your answers in your own browser so the next page can use them; clearing your browser data removes them.
