The terms for using this site, the planner and the client portal.

1. Using this site
This site describes the work of Gableworth Design-Build and lets you plan a house, book a site visit and write to the studio. Using it does not create a contract for design or construction. That takes a signed feasibility agreement, and later a construction contract.
2. Planner figures
The planner gives a budget band at 2026 rates for a house of the size, finish and site you describe. It is an estimate to start a conversation, not an offer or a quote. A price we stand behind comes after a survey, a test pit and the feasibility study, and becomes fixed at contract.
3. Site visits
A first site visit takes about an hour and is free. Visits run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To change or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or call the studio. If weather makes the lot unsafe to walk, we will call you to move it.
4. Lots on this site
Gableworth does not sell land and does not represent buyers or sellers. The lots shown are listed by their owners' brokers; asking prices are the listing broker's figures as of the date shown. Our surveys, pit logs and price studies are for planning only.
5. Drawings and photographs
The drawings, plans and photographs on this site belong to Gableworth Design-Build and the owners of the houses shown. Please ask before using them anywhere else. House locations are given by town only, at the owners' request.
6. The client portal
The portal is for clients under contract. Approving a selection or signing a change order in the portal has the same effect as signing it on paper. Draw requests in the portal are paid by ACH from the account named in the contract; the portal never asks for card or bank numbers.
