Roof sheathing on both wings, and the underlayment started on one of them. Framing inspection booked for 13 October.
Wall sheathing on. Two of the crew on the ridge setting the last rafter pairs.
Second floor and roof framing. Rafters are 2x12 at 16 in.
First-floor walls standing. The creek side has the big openings.
Sill and first-floor deck. The sill is on a gasket and anchor bolts at 4 ft.
Foundation walls waterproofed and inspected. Backfill next week.
Footings poured. The north-east corner went 30 in deeper (CO-02).
Excavation for footings. Groundwater at 9 ft, as the test pit said.
Stakes and string lines. The trustees' buffer line is the orange flagging.
Clearing done. The two cedars by the marsh stay.
