Landscaping · Carbonset
In March, everyone wants a patio by June.
Patios, walls and plantings are quoted in a front yard and decided at a kitchen table, usually on a weekend. Carbonset sends the quote while the stakes are still in the lawn and follows up when both of them are home.

Where quotes go missing.
A patio is measured on a Tuesday afternoon with one homeowner and decided on a Saturday with two. By then the estimate is a photo on one person's phone and the paver colors are a memory.
Send the quote from the lawn with the photos and the colors on it. The spring cadence texts in the evening, emails on Saturday morning and calls after work, which is when the people who decide are actually home.
A real quote.

Quote a start window, not a date. A wet April pushes every patio back, and a quote that promised June 3 turns into an awkward call.
Spring fills the calendar in six weeks. Every quote that sits unanswered is a week someone else books. A cadence that runs into the weekend catches the couples who decide on Saturday.

Questions from landscaping shops.
Can we quote the wall as an option?
Yes. Make the seat wall its own option. The total and the deposit change when they pick it, and Reports show how often it gets added.
What about weather delays?
Put a start window on the quote, not a date. The day 6 email explains what moves it, so a wet April is not a surprise.
Do maintenance contracts work?
Use a line priced per season and tag the quote Recurring. It shows as a seasonal price on the customer's copy.
