The Movement: three bottles a month.
June picks three bottles on the first Thursday of each month, writes a page about each, and has them waiting at the bar or on your doorstep in the village. Stop or skip any month.
The Second Hand
$75
Three bottles under thirty dollars each. Weeknight wine, chosen properly.
The Minute Hand
$120
One sparkling, one white, one red, including a bottle that never reaches the shelf.
The Hour Hand
$195
Three bottles to keep or open slowly. Usually one with ten years on it.
How it works
- Join at the bar. It takes a first name and a card, and June likes to ask two questions about what you drink.
- On the first Thursday the three bottles are ready: collect them with a free glass of one, or have them walked over in the village.
- Members pay no corkage on club bottles opened at the bar, and take ten percent off anything else on the shelf.
Joining
Membership starts at the bar.
The club is not sold online, because the two questions matter. Come in any evening, or book a booth and tell us in the notes that you want to join.
