What we collect
When you book: your name, email and phone, and the names and dietary notes you give us for your guests. When you buy a gift card: the names, email and message on it. When you join the Monday letter: your email.
Why
To hold your stools, cook around your guests, remind you the day before, and offer you stools from the waitlist.
How long
Dietary notes are deleted thirty days after your evening unless you save them to your profile. Booking records are kept three years for our accounts. The Monday letter keeps your email until you leave it.
Who else sees it
The companies that run our reservation book, card payments, text messages and email, each only for that job. We do not sell or share lists.
Private evenings
When you ask about a private evening: your name, email, phone, company if you give one, and the count of guests with dietary needs. June keeps the request and the signed proposal for three years, then deletes them.
This website
The site remembers your bookings, waitlist places and preferences in your own browser, so you can manage them without an account. It sets no advertising cookies and shares nothing with ad networks.
