Dental cleaning
Anesthesia with a technician monitoring the whole time, full-mouth dental x-rays, cleaning above and below the gumline, polishing, and a printed chart.
Thirty minutes to look at every tooth we can see while your dog is awake. You leave with a marked chart and a written estimate, given as a range, because dental x-rays under anesthesia always show more.

Not properly. Most dental disease is below the gumline, where only x-rays and cleaning under anesthesia reach. Scraping the visible surface makes teeth look better and leaves the problem.
Because we cannot see roots while your pet is awake. The low end is a cleaning with no extractions; the high end covers the teeth most likely to need attention. If anything beyond the estimate comes up, we call you first.

A 40-minute exam, a senior blood panel, a urine test, and a blood pressure reading.

Two digital views, read the same day with you in the room. If your pet needs sedation, it adds $120 to $180 and moves the x-rays to a Tuesday or Thursday drop-off.
