Cats come in the side door. It is quieter there. The lobby has three chairs and ten carrier cubbies at hip height, so a carrier never sits on the floor where a cat feels exposed.
Park in one of the two spaces by the side door and text “here” to (631) 555-0148. Kwame or Dr. Ellis opens the door when the room is ready, so most cats go from the car to the exam room without waiting at all.
