Most dog exams happen on the floor. The mats do not slip, the scale is flush with the floor, and the table lowers to the ground when we need it, so nobody is lifted while scared.
Each room has a low bench for you and space for your dog to move around before anything happens. If your dog is nervous, we start on the floor with treats and let them come to us.
