Terms.
Orders.
Prices are in US dollars before tax and delivery. Firings close when the last piece sells. A waitlist position is not a reservation. Seconds are sold as described on their tags.
Made to order.
Lead times are estimates; if we’re going to be late we say so by week nine. The deposit is refundable for seven days, until we cut the boards. The balance is charged when the piece is crated, before it ships.
Delivery.
Title and risk pass to you on delivery or collection. Photos show the design; each piece varies in glaze run and grain.
Gift cards.
Gift cards never expire and can’t be exchanged for cash.
