HOW IT’S MADE
The kiln has the last word.
Thrown from 1.8 kg of stoneware and trimmed at leather-hard. The ash glaze is wood ash from the shop stove, sieved twice. At cone 10 it runs, so every vessel has its own drip line, and the shelf under it keeps the evidence.
