Shipping and returns.
Parcel.
Zone 1: NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME, DE, MD, DC. $14 first piece, $4 each after. Zone 2, other contiguous states: $22 first, $6 each after. Free over $250 of ceramics. Pots leave within five business days, double-boxed in paper honeycomb.
Oversize parcel.
$45 each, anywhere in the contiguous US. Stools, side tables, shelves and racks ship this way when they’re built.
Freight.
Long Island and the five boroughs: studio van, $150 per delivery. NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, RI: white-glove carrier, $380. Elsewhere: quoted within two business days. Three or more flights without an elevator: $80. Freight is charged with the balance. We text a two-hour window five days before.
Collect.
Free from the studio, Thursday to Sunday. We text when it’s ready.
Returns.
Ceramics: 14 days, unused, original box; refund of the piece. Ready-made furniture: 14 days, return freight yours. Made-to-order furniture is not returnable; we fix what we made wrong. Seconds return like firsts.
Damage.
Email photos within 48 hours. Replacement from the next firing or a refund, your choice.
Cancellations.
Ceramics before they ship: full refund. Made to order within seven days: full deposit back. After we cut the boards: the deposit stays with the piece.
