1. What We Collect

When you book a visit, ask for an estimate, send a message or use the chat, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP code, and what you tell us about your heating or cooling system.

Our website also records basic visit information, such as which pages were viewed and what kind of device was used. We do not use it to identify you.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to schedule and carry out the work you asked for, to send appointment confirmations and reminders by text or email, to prepare estimates and invoices, and to keep a service history for your equipment.

If you are on a maintenance plan, we use it to remind you when a tune-up is due.

3. Who Sees It

Our office staff and the technician assigned to your job. We share details with outside companies only when the job needs it: the lender you choose for financing, the utility or program you ask us to file a rebate with, and the town for a permit.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

4. Text Messages

If you give us a mobile number, we text you about your appointment: a confirmation, a notice when the technician is 30 minutes away, and a follow-up if we need to reschedule. Reply STOP at any time and we will call instead.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep service records for as long as we service your equipment and for seven years after, because warranty and permit questions come up years later. Chat transcripts and website messages are deleted after one year unless they became a job.

6. Your Choices

You can ask to see what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (516) 555-0179 or write to office@tolliverheating.example and we will answer within ten business days. We may need to keep records the law requires us to keep.
