Air Conditioning Repair & Installation

Central air and ductless systems repaired, tuned up and installed. Same-day service through the summer months.

Cool, Dry and Quiet

An air conditioner that is low on charge, short on airflow or the wrong size for the house runs all day and still leaves the bedrooms warm. We fix the cause, not just the symptom.

If you are adding air conditioning for the first time, we can do it with or without ductwork, and we will tell you which makes more sense for your house.

Cooling Questions

See all questions
My AC is running but not cooling. What should I check?

Make sure the thermostat is set to Cool and set below the room temperature, then check the filter. A filter you cannot see light through will freeze the coil. If you see ice on the pipes, switch to Fan only for two hours and call us.

How often should an air conditioner be serviced?

Once a year, in spring. A tune-up takes about an hour and is included in our maintenance plans.

How long does an air conditioner last?

Most central systems last 12 to 18 years with regular maintenance. If yours is in that range and needs a major repair, we will price both the repair and a replacement.

Central air or ductless?

If the house already has good ductwork, central air is usually the better value. With no ducts, or for a few rooms that never feel right, ductless is simpler and avoids opening ceilings.
