What this site collects, why, who handles it, and how to have it deleted.
01The inquiry form
What the form collects.
Only what you type, plus two small pieces of context.
- Name and emailSo we can reply to you.
- Company and deadlineOptional. They help us scope the work.
- Your messageWhat you tell us about the project, plus the option you picked in the form.
- Where you arrived fromIf you reached the site through a link with campaign tags (for example an ad), the form adds those tags and the first page you landed on to your message. Until then they stay in your browser, for that visit only.
When you send the form, it is delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery service, to studio@sumostudios.io. Resend also sends you a short confirmation that the message arrived.
Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your message.
02Analytics
What we measure.
Three tools tell us which pages are read and whether the site is fast. None of them receive your name, email or message.
- Google Analytics 4Pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, approximate location, and a few events: clicks on the main buttons, starting a form, and sending one. It uses cookies.
- Vercel Web AnalyticsPage views, referring site, country and device type, counted in aggregate.
- Vercel Speed InsightsHow fast pages load and respond on real devices, so we can keep the site quick.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data, such as your IP address and browser, to serve the pages.
03Use
What we do with it.
- We use your message to reply to you and to scope the work you ask about.
- We use analytics to see which pages help people and which do not.
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
04Retention
How long it is kept.
Form messages are kept in the studio mailbox at studio@sumostudios.io. Analytics data is kept by Google and Vercel under their own retention settings.
05Deletion
How to have it deleted.
Write to studio@sumostudios.io from the address you used and ask us to delete your messages. We delete them from the mailbox and reply to confirm.
